1. God has DOMINION over DISASTERS. (1-3)

• There is Protection in his Presence. (1)
• There is Peace in times of Panic. (2-3)

2. God is SOVEREIGN over SOCIETY. (4-7)

• He’s the Comfort found in the “City of God.” (4-5)
• There is Chaos found in the Cities of the Gentiles. (6-7)

3. God has the POWER to bring PEACE. (8-11)

• Our Father Forges our Future. (8-9)
• We must Focus on our Faith and his Fame. (10-11)
