Our Ministry

The heart of any church is the family, and with that in mind, our church takes particular care in the area of children’s ministry. Our desire is for children to enjoy their church experience as they grow in their Christian walk, and we offer weekly and special event activities in order to achieve this goal. Along with a children’s church program which meets on Sunday morning during the Sunday School hour (9:30AM – 10:15AM), we also offer a nursery for birth through three years old.

FBC Westwego welcomes volunteers who have a heart for children and understand how important they are to the church.
